Paper submission

Please carefully check the section "Instructions for Authors" before starting the submission.

For each registered participant a maximum of two papers will be included in the congress, and in the case of registered students one paper maximum. These participants may be co-authors of other works, provided that they are linked to another registration record.

For each extra paper, an additional fee according to the table presented here will be charged.

Submission to CIMODE is done electronically through the EasyChair submission system.
To make a submission, you must first register in the EasyChair system, and then login and proceed with the submission. This process is simple. Please download here a small submission guide if needed.
